Registration is Open!
- Are scholarships available? No, we do not offer any scholarship to the Virginia Network Annual Conference.
- Will there be on site registration? The online registration portal will re-open on May 30, 2025 and remain open throughout the conference day for individuals to register. We will not offer walk-up registration.

- How do I park for the conference if not staying at HRCC? Hotel Roanoke has a parking lot adjacent to the hotel. There is parking on the streets and most spots are available between 9am and 4pm. There is a parking garage in the next block for the Roanoke Higher Ed Center as well.
- I’d like to volunteer during the conference, do you need help? Yes! Contact Dr. Marti Tomlin directly: mtomlin@richmond.edu
- Will the VA Network offer CE credits for conference attendees? No, we will not be offering CE credits this year.
- Who is welcome to attend the Virginia Network Annual Conference? All are welcome!
- Who is invited to the Thursday evening Social Under the Stars Networking Event? All conference registrants are invited to join us for this exclusive networking event.
- What if I do not want my picture taken during the conference day? If you elect not to have your image captured, please get a stick-on dot at registration and place it on your name badge.
- Will there be a lactation space available at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center? Yes, a private lactation space is located in the Gainsboro-New River Room.
- Is there a conference program? Yes, there will be a QR code on your name badge that will take you to an electronic version of the conference program.
- What else is happening in conjunction with the conference? In addition to the Thursday evening Social Under the Stars, there are other Roanoke sites of interest in proximity to the conference center, we will be collecting donations of shelf-sustainable food and period products in support of food banks and other organizations in our host city of Roanoke, and we invite you to visit chocolatepaper and enjoy their vast selection of fine chocolates, creative greeting cards, beautiful gift wrap, and fun and contemporary gifts. Conference attendees will receive a 10% discount on their purchase by showing their name badge or a copy of their conference registration at check-out!
